Brazil Poco Fundo

roasty flavor upfront, citrusy sweetness in the finish, balanced
Associacao dos Pequenos Produtores de Poco Fundo (Poco Fundo) is an association of small-scale farmers in the state of Minas Gerais in southeastern Brazil, the heart of Brazil's coffee country. Poco Fundo was formed from a desire to improve the standard of living and reduce emigration. The association is intent on sustaining the quality of family-oriented agriculture in the region. Brazilian coffees tend to be sweet and less acidic due to their lower growing altitudes.
