CAC PANGOA
CAC Pangoa (Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera Pangoa) is a cooperative of coffee farmers located in San Martin de Pangoa, Peru. The majority of the 600 co-op members cultivate coffee on 5-10 hectare plots. The elevation is 1300 meters. Harvest season is March through September.
The cooperative promotes strong leadership and gender equality. The Fair Trade price has enabled CAC Pangoa to establish various social and productive programs:
